The appointment is confirmed and the room is ready. What happens when the therapist arrives? Here is a walkthrough for a first session at your home or hotel in KL, from meeting at the door to finishing up.
Meet the therapist and settle in
Use the meeting point you agreed with the provider. At a hotel, that might be reception; at a condo, it might be the lobby after visitor registration. Check that the person arriving matches your confirmation before taking them to the room.
Show them the agreed space and let them explain the setup. If they need something you were not told to provide, resolve it before starting rather than assuming you must accept a different arrangement.
Have the short conversation before the massage
Tell the therapist it is your first appointment and ask them to explain the sequence. A useful opening is: “Please tell me what happens next, and check with me before changing pressure or working on a different area.”
Agree on what you want included and what you want left out. If you are unsure about a suggested part of the session, ask what it involves before deciding. You can decline it.
Change in private, then get comfortable
Ask where the therapist will wait while you change and how to let them know you are ready. Keep the covering you agreed to use within reach. If you would rather stay clothed, explain that before proceeding; do not assume every service works with the same clothing.
Once settled, mention anything awkward about the support, position or room temperature. For specific wording about clothing and draping, see privacy and communication during an outcall massage.
During the session
You do not have to keep chatting or remain silent. Ask for quiet if you prefer it, while still speaking up when something needs to change. “Lighter pressure, please,” “Please avoid that area,” and “I would like to stop” are enough.
If you need to answer the door or take a call, ask for a pause. Clarify how the interruption affects the remaining time rather than assuming the appointment will be extended.
When the massage finishes
Ask for privacy to get dressed. Check any agreed payment against the confirmation and request a receipt. If the therapist suggests another session, you can decide later; you do not need to purchase a package before they leave.
Allow time for packing and show the visitor out through the agreed route. Note any preferences you would want to repeat next time, such as less conversation or a different room setup.
